ReplyDeleteI paid a $149.00 sub. for tech. support through Microsoft answer desk in April, 2014. I have worked with them in taking remote access on 3 different occasions. The 1st couple times, I has more issues and picked up malware after the session. This last time, the tech. I talked with was straight forward about his whereabouts, the Phillipines. He spent a couple hours trying to help me remove a malware c that spybot had found. Today it is still remaining on my system.

ReplyDeleteI've lost all confidence in Geek Squad. I registered online with Geek Squad after purchasing the service, but didn't write down my password. Now that I'm trying to get into my account, the Geek Squad system DOES NOT GENERATE A TEMPORARY PASSWORD. Every so-called 'solution' involves LOGGING IN - which I cannot do, due to the lost password.
